My experience with with Pacific Northwest Hearing has been life changing to say the least. I’ve called many different hearing places all over Spokane county and only Pacific Northwese Hearing was willing to see me for my particular situation which was needing to have an older set of Starkeys programmed for me. Upon filling out the very thorough questionnaire and the one on one consultation I was administered a hearing test and armed with those results he went to work on my 10 year old hearing aids . He rebuilt my tubes put everything back to gather and began programming them when he put them in my ears and I heard his voice so clear I couldn’t help but cry for I have been in silence for 10 years! After fine tuning them he actually walked me outside to noisy area and taught me how to to operate my hearing aids in different surroundings . He made sure I had no question unanswered and did all of this for an unbelievably low price! Never did I expect the service that I recieved. Compassion , patience and understanding and so much more. I will forever be grateful for what Dr. Jensen has done for me . I dont have the words in my vocabulary to truly express my gratitude. When all others are concerned with selling me a new set of expensive hearing aids that I cant afford this one place was concerned about nothing more than fulfilling my needs not their wallet. Hats off to you!

We had a great experience here! Trevor took the time to talk with my grandma and really listen to her needs. He offered her multiple products and we appreciated the nonpushy, simply informative sales approach. My grandma was nervous to get hearing aids, despite needing them, because she had a bad experience with Costco and was scared of spending a bunch of money again and having bad hearing with too much background noise, but she LOVES these new hearing aids! She appreciates the background sound reduction and the followup visits offered to fine tune her hearing. Highly recommend. She felt very cared for.

Pacific Northwest Hearing made this all very easy for me to get the right hearing aids for my particular hearing lose which is at severe high pitch i tried 5 otc that all said they were the best 300.00-700.00 and most are waste of money ! and one over the ear that worked ok but still had trouble hearing people talk now i know why they are called amplifiers and not hearing aids will not work with severe hearing loss so make a appointment with these guys and get a hearing test it’s a thorough Test and customer service has been great! also helped me thru my insurance billing and took care of everything looking forward to my new hearing made specifically for my hearing loss Kerry Hansen. My husband and I have used Pacific Northwest Hearing for over 3 years. We originally had Premera Medicare Advantage insurance. As we navigated the portal to use our insurance, we were sent to Pacific Northwest Hearing. They were extremely knowledgeable about what our insurance covered. In October of 2023 we were notified that Premera Medicare Advantage would not be available at the end of the year. During the open enrollment 2023 we enrolled with a United Health Insurance. During the open enrollment of this year when we met with our insurance agent, we asked if United Health Insurance currently offered hearing aids coverage and specially if Pacific Northwest Hearing was one of their vendors. I followed the link that she sent to me to request an appointment with Pacific Northwest Hearing. We had our appointment and discussed all of the updates that were available. We ordered our hearing aids and received our new hearing aids 2 weeks later. We have been very satisfied with their service and our new hearing aids.
